The Mentoring Programme has been developed for the NOHA Student and Alumni Community, whose members are eligible to participate as Mentors or Mentees.
The main objective is to provide students and recent graduates in the NOHA Programme with adequate and tailored both formal and informal information and guidance on various types of future possibilities and career paths in the humanitarian field, based on the personal knowledge and experience of senior NOHA Alumni, who have walked the same path the students and recent graduates will face ahead.
The Mentoring Programme thus provides a bridge between senior graduates and students enabling them to discuss and exchange on career development issues. It also provides a forum enabling NOHA graduates to strengthen their career plans as humanitarian workers, benefitting from the experience and expertise of the Mentors.
The Mentoring Programme has been launched in the academic year 2015/2016.
If you are a NOHA Alumni, with more than 2 years of professional experience in the humanitarian sector, and would like to volunteer as a Mentor, please register via the link below. You will receive all information from us in return.
