In this training you will learn how collective leadership works that brings
innovative change to your team, your organisation and your own life. You will
learn, experience and practice the methods and tools needed for initiating,
designing and accompanying such change processes.
The training combines theoretical knowledge with a great deal of practical
application. Among the training topics you will find: Theory U, Facilitation
principles, Mindfulness, Circle Work, Open Space, World Café, Dynamic
Facilitation, Action Planning, Appreciative Inquiry and more.
Participants can chose either the full “advanced” module, which includes
initiating, planning and implementing a change cycle together, including
coaching and feedback. The second option is the 3 days course from 24 to 26
June, which concentrates on the basic elements of a change process and the
main facilitation principles and tools.
